Your body lives to live.
There is hardly a more impressive piece of machinery on this planet than the human animal itself. A magnificent self-healing machine. Built for strength, endurance and health. It doesn't need pills, powders or medical interventions to function optimally. All it needs is the freedom to do its job, without the distractions of toxic foods and faulty dietary advice.
And it needs the building blocks. Not soy and rapeseed oil, but real food, like meat and fat. Of course we can't build a proud, muscular, broad-shouldered human animal out of cucumber and lettuce, can we?
Does anyone still believe this?
We have simply been tricked into believing that health is complicated, that we must hand over control to “experts,” and that we need pharmaceutical solutions, which by the way never existed before, to keep us going. How absurd is that?
The truth is brutal and simple: Your body is not broken – it is sabotaged, and you can easily take back control.
Modern dietary advice is the language of industry, not the body's needs
We have been fed an industrial narrative about what our bodies need. “Eat less fat, cut down on red meat, increase your intake of whole grains and plant oils” – all of this has been presented as “indisputable science”. But if we look at the results, the picture is disastrous: obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease. All of this only exploded when we started following this advice. The modern diet is simply a recipe for disease.
How on earth do we continue into this tunnel?
And who is behind it? Self-proclaimed experts, so-called educated on this blatantly corrupt dietary paradigm, is funded by the same companies that sell you both the unhealthy food and the drugs to "treat" the damage it does.
How these people manage to look at themselves in the mirror in the morning is a mystery. They know exactly what they're doing—and they do it because it's profitable. Healthcare should normally be about making people healthy, but instead you become a lifelong customer of a system designed to keep you just sick enough that you never get away.
And the authorities, incredibly, think this model is completely okay, even though the population is 100% demonstrably getting sicker with each passing day.
Your body is the only one that knows how to heal itself.
No doctor, nutritionist, or industry-funded “expert” knows your body better than your body itself. It has millions of years of evolution behind it to prove that it knows exactly what to do.
The problem isn't your body – the problem is that you're sabotaging it by listening to people who make money off of your illness and what you put in your mouth. And instead of taking away what's hurting you, they're giving you even more to put in your mouth.
Sorry to be brutal, but that's how it is.
If you give your body the right fuel and building blocks, it immediately starts the process of rebuilding itself. Metabolism is normalized, insulin resistance is reversed, blood sugar levels are stabilized, inflammation is reduced, and fat burning is turned back on. Your energy returns, your brain becomes sharper, and you will notice a vitality you may not even know you had lost.
How do you give your body what it needs?
Eat real food: Meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, butter, ghee, tallow and other animal products provide the body with all the nutrients it needs (read here about what real food is).
Avoid sugar and ultra-processed foods: Sugar and processed foods break down the body and create inflammation.
Drop the vegetable oils: Industrially produced seed oils are pure poison for your cells.
Don't fear fat: Your body is designed to use fat as fuel, not sugar.
Forget calorie counting: When you feed your body the right food, it regulates its appetite itself.
It's time to take back control of your own health. The human animal was not created to be an insulin-pumping sugar slave. Cut out all the factory food, that is, everything that you can easily see is made in a factory, and give your body the food it was created for.
Your body is by nature an organism that wants to live – give it the chance to do so!
