Judy Cho is a holistic nutrition specialist with certification as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP).
She received her education in psychology and communications at the University of California, Berkeley, but later shifted her focus to nutrition to help others with causal analysis, and to seek health improvements using the carnivore diet.
Judy is the founder of Nutrition with Judy, where she provides consultations, writes articles, and shares insights on how food can be used as medicine.
She specializes in gut health and autoimmune diseases, and she uses elimination protocols as described in her book, Carnivore CureShe focuses on animal foods as the foundation for optimal health.
The book, whose full title is Carnivore Cure: The Ultimate Elimination Diet to Attain Optimal Health and Heal Your Body is a comprehensive guide to the meat diet, with practical advice, scientific references, and meal plans to help readers understand and implement meat-based nutrition effectively.
