Harvard study on Carnivore

In a comprehensive study conducted by Harvard University, researchers have found overwhelmingly positive effects of the carnivore diet.

With over 2000 dedicated participants who have followed the diet for at least six months, the results are giving rise to great enthusiasm for this controversial but increasingly popular lifestyle.

What did the study show?

The study revealed an overwhelming level of health improvements among participants. Here are some highlights:

  • 95% reported improved overall health: Participants described everything from more energy in everyday life to improved mood and quality of life.
  • 89% experienced increased energy: Many participants say they feel more alert and alert, without the need for the traditional afternoon coffee.
  • 85% reported improved mental clarity: For many, it was as if the brain fog cleared, and their thoughts became sharper and more focused.

Groundbreaking for chronic conditions

The study was particularly encouraging for people with chronic health challenges:

  • Diabetes: A full 98% of participants with diabetes reported dramatic improvements, including reduced long-term blood sugar (HbA1c) and, for many, complete remission of the condition. The need for medication was eliminated in several cases.
  • Autoimmune disorders: Several participants reported improvement in symptoms from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn's disease.
  • Weight Reduction: Average weight loss was significant among participants, and many experienced this happening without calorie counting or hunger.

A new perspective on diet

The Carnivore Diet fundamentally violates everything we've been taught about a "balanced diet." It excludes all plant-based foods in favor of animal products like meat, eggs, and dairy.

Even spices, which are actually highly concentrated plants and fruits, are excluded by most people.

Although this may sound extreme to many, the study shows that such a diet can be a lifesaver for those who struggle with chronic conditions or have experienced little effect from other dietary methods.

One participant summarized the experience as follows:

"I had tried everything – low-carb, keto, and even fasting. It wasn't until I went fully carnivore that I got my life back. I'm symptom-free for the first time in ten years."

What does this mean for the future?

The results provide fertile ground for rethinking what is actually necessary to achieve good health. While many have feared saturated fat and red meat for years, this study challenges the myths and opens the door for further research into the health-promoting properties of animal foods.

For those considering trying the diet, it’s important to note that several of the study participants reported a challenging transition phase, often referred to as the “keto flu.” But for those who persevered, the rewards were infinitely worth it.

This study is strong evidence that diet can truly be the key to restoring health.

With such promising results, it's time to give this approach the attention it deserves – not as a curiosity, but as a potential lifesaver.
